This year was the first time we couldn't spend Christmas with our families because it's a little late for me to be traveling in Week 36 of my pregnancy. It was so strange to be up here in Illinois alone. Everyone mailed us presents, though, and Barry and I opened them with the camcorder running so we could send videos to everybody.
On Christmas morning, our friends Matt & Belinda came by to deliver their gift to us for the baby - a gorgeous, wooden cradle hand-carved by Matt's dad. Words can't describe how amazing it is, so here is a picture.
